Can I save my voice and reuse it for future AI covers?
Yes. On Floniks AI Cover, sign in, add a voice sample, tick "Save this voice so you can reuse it next time" and give it a name. Next time, the voice appears under "Use a saved voice" in both the "Cover a song" and "Sing a new song" tabs, so you do not need to upload the sample again. For new songs, a saved voice that has already been cloned also skips the voice-cloning step, so the song finishes sooner.
How to save a voice
Saving is part of the normal flow on Floniks AI Cover. Sign in, then add a voice sample by uploading a file or using "Record now". Once the sample is in place, a checkbox appears below it: "Save this voice so you can reuse it next time". Tick it, type a name you will recognise later, and create your cover or song as usual; the voice is saved alongside that generation. Saving is off by default, because storing a recording of your voice should be your decision, and it is only available when you are signed in, since a saved voice has to belong to an account.
How reuse works in each mode
Saved voices are listed under "Use a saved voice", directly above the upload area, and both tabs read from the same list. In "Cover a song", picking a saved voice reuses the stored recording as the reference, so you only need to add the song. In "Sing a new song", the first song made with a saved voice clones it; after that, later songs reuse the cloned voice and skip that step, which typically saves around 45 seconds per song. Either way, you can still upload or record a fresh sample underneath the list whenever you want to try something new.
Keep a sung take and a spoken take
The two modes prefer different samples: covers work best from a sung, a cappella reference, while new songs are cloned from natural speech. Because both tabs share one list, it is worth saving two voices and naming them clearly, such as "Me - singing" and "Me - speaking", then picking the right one per mode. The same goes for different setups: a take recorded on a good microphone and one recorded on your phone can sound noticeably different, so save the cleaner one. Since you will reuse a saved voice many times, it is worth recording one careful 10–30 second take in a quiet room.
Privacy and permission
Saved voices are stored as assets in your own account, and the original recording is kept so the voice can be rebuilt if needed without asking you to record again. Your cover and song creations are private by default as well. The usual rule applies to anything you save: only save your own voice, or a voice whose owner has clearly agreed to it being cloned. If you are making covers of existing songs, the song itself also needs to be one you have the rights or permission to use.
