How do I make an AI influencer?

Short answer

Generate the persona once, then stop re-prompting. The mistake that ruins most attempts is generating each new post from a fresh prompt, which produces a series of lookalikes rather than one person. Instead, render the character from several angles, keep those images as a reference set, and condition every subsequent render on that set. Reference-driven models hold identity; prompts alone do not.

Build the reference set first

Start by generating the base look with a text-to-image model, then render the same character from a front, three-quarter and profile view. Those three to five images are the asset — not any single pretty render. Varied angles matter more than quantity, because they give the model information about the face and build from more than one direction. Save them somewhere stable; every future post depends on them.

Condition every render on the references

From that point on, a new scene is not a new prompt describing the character, it is the reference set plus a description of the setting. Models built for this take multiple references — Seedream 5 Pro accepts up to ten, and Wan 2.7 R2V takes five and is specifically tuned for holding one subject across a moving clip. In prompts for reference models, point at inputs explicitly ("image 1", "image 2") rather than describing the person again.

Give her motion and a voice

Animate any still with an image-to-video model to produce clips. For talking content, generate a voice track with a text-to-speech or voice-cloning model and feed a portrait plus that audio into a talking-head model — OmniHuman v1.5 produces natural body movement rather than just mouth motion, which is what makes longer clips watchable. Disclosure rules for synthetic media vary by platform, so check them before running paid campaigns.
