What is it
VoiceInsight is a recording, transcription, and note-taking tool made for in-person meetings and classrooms. You start recording right in the browser; it turns speech into live captions (with multilingual support for mixed-language rooms) while automatically separating different speakers. When you stop, AI generates structured notes by scenario: meetings get action items, decisions, owners, and key discussion points; classes get key knowledge points, flashcards, and quiz questions. Beyond live recording, you can upload existing audio files or import public YouTube lectures for study. The whole product installs as a PWA you can open from your phone or desktop.
How to use it
Get started in 5 steps
- 1
Open VoiceInsight and pick a scene
Go to /voice and choose Meeting or Class. Meeting focuses on action items and decisions; Class on key points and review.
- 2
Choose languages and start recording
For mixed-language rooms, select English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean/French/Spanish, then hit Start to record from your mic with live captions.
- 3
Watch live captions and rename speakers
Each speaker is auto color-coded; rename "Speaker 1" to a real name on the spot. The transcript stays readable and searchable throughout.
- 4
Stop and get notes automatically
Hit Stop; the system runs a full transcript plus AI analysis — action items/decisions for meetings, key points/flashcards/quizzes for classes.
- 5
Export or share
Export Markdown / PDF / image cards, or turn on a public share link (with optional password, expiry, and audio playback).
